Airlines may modify schedules or cancel flights at any time. BestTrip Travel is not responsible for changes made by airlines.

7. Visa Services

Visa approval or rejection is solely determined by the respective embassy or immigration authority. Service fees are non-refundable once processing begins.

8. Hotel Reservations

Hotel policies regarding cancellation, modification, check-in, and check-out are governed by the respective hotel.

9. Tour Packages

Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned before confirmation. Unused services are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

10. Limitation of Liability

BestTrip Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, political events, or circumstances beyond our control.
